Responsibilities
- Work with a cleaning team, including development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
- Ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor standards of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary.
- Deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Experience in health & safety procedures and staff training.
