Main Duties:
- Small electrical tasks
- General minor maintenance tasks mostly painting and decorating
- Minor building tasks – Door handles, Door closers, Window handles, Blind repairs, Minor Wall repairs, Minor Floor repairs, Minor trip hazard repairs, Minor fabric repairs, etc.
- Minor plumbing works – Toilet seats, Flushes, Tap revivers, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
- Driving licence – Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
- Good communication and IT skills, with the ability to complete documentation accurately.
