Role Details
Contract Manager (Mobile)
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a professional and effective operational team
- Implement a positive and vigilant Health and Safety culture
- Travel to sites to meet with teams and departments to ensure they are all working to H&S regulations and meeting targets and KPI's
- Conduct regular audits when visiting sites
- Implementing a positive health and safety culture
- Constantly strive to improve efficiency and utilisation of resources
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Knowledge/understanding of QHSE management and systems
- The ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively
- Leads by example in all role activities
- An understanding of operational IT systems
- A UK Driving License
- An IOSH qualification is desirable
