Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM

Are you a qualified Painter & Decorator looking for secure, full-time work with a reputable employer? We\’re seeking an experienced professional to join our painting team, delivering high-quality finishes across internal and external projects throughout the Yorkshire and surrounding regions .

What You\’ll Be Doing:
You\’ll be responsible for delivering a range of painting and decorating services on domestic and commercial properties. This includes:
Preparing and painting internal and external surfaces
Carrying out surface repairs before painting (filling, sanding, etc.)
Applying a variety of paint finishes, including gloss, emulsion, and specialist coatings
Erecting access equipment safely (training provided)
Protecting surroundings with screening or dust sheets
Maintaining equipment and managing stock of materials
Following work schedules, plans, and safety protocols
Recording completed work using smartphone apps (training provided)
You may also support minor works and refurbishments as part of wider maintenance teams.
What We\’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of painting and decorating experience (checkable)
Ideally NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting & Decorating (or completed apprenticeship)
Solid understanding of surface preparation, paint application, and health & safety
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using smartphones to log work and take photos
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
