What you'll be doing:
- Planned and reactive general maintenance
- Support engineers with planned and reactive maintenance tasks as required
- Building fabric maintenance, including painting and decorating
- Cleaning of external areas, including litter picking
- Gritting of paths, roads and snow clearance operations as required
- Basic locksmith duties
- Escorting of FM visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors around the site
- Complete other duties as required and directed by the Supervisor
