Mitie requires a Cleaner Operative for the Northumbrian Water site in Horsley. The role involves 1.25 hours work from Monday to Friday in the morning, totaling 6.25 hours at £12.60 per hour.
As a Cleaner Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all SLAs. You will build knowledge of the cleaning area, work schedule, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements. Training will be provided to deliver the cleaning role effectively. You should work well within a team and also use your initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement are key aspects of the role.
To be successful, you should have basic English communication skills, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, and a flexible approach. Attributes such as honesty, self-motivation, reliability, professionalism, and a hardworking attitude are important.
