About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our site. The role will ensure that the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational policies and service standards. You will act as the key point of contact for onsite activity, supporting the delivery of facilities, health and safety compliance, contractor management, and general site coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the site to ensure a safe and effective working environment.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, working closely with internal teams and external contractors.
- Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed and correctly documented.
- Monitor the condition of the site and escalate issues as required.
- Ensure all team rotas, cover and payroll are actioned.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve site-related queries and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Manage a team of soft services employees, cleaning, security etc.
