We're looking for a Pensions Delivery Specialist to support the effective delivery of pension administration activity, ensuring colleagues receive an accurate, efficient and professional service.
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of pension processes, working closely with internal teams, external providers and key stakeholders to ensure pension-related activity is completed accurately, compliantly and to agreed timescales.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of pension administration processes, ensuring all activity is completed accurately focusing on Defined Pension Schemes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams and external pension providers to resolve queries and support effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate pension records and ensure data is handled confidentially and in line with relevant policies and legislation.
- Support the review, reconciliation and processing of pension-related information, identifying and escalating any issues where required.
- Provide clear and professional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on pension-related queries, processes and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working within pensions administration, payroll, HR operations or a similar colleague services environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately when handling sensitive data and numerical information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage data effectively.
- Knowledge of Defined Pension Schemes.
