We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
- -Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
- -Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
- -Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- -Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
- -Address issues professionally and escalation to line manager when necessary.

- -Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.

- -Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- -Ability to follow schedules and lead a team effectively.
