Responsibilities:
- Lead performance reporting and commercial analytics to support contract profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs that highlight financial trends, cost drivers, and commercial risks.
- Monitor data quality and implement improvements to strengthen accuracy and commercial insight.
- Partner with commercial and finance teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that improve margin, reduce risk, and enhance contract performance.
- Support operational teams in understanding performance drivers and meeting contractual commitments.
- Train and support system users to ensure consistent data standards and commercially aligned reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance commercial transparency.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in a data, performance or commercial analytics role within a Facilities Management environment.
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate them into actionable commercial insight.
- Excellent understanding of performance frameworks, KPIs, financial drivers and operational reporting.
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including commercial and finance leads.
- Strong problem-solver with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
- Experience with Maximo is highly desirable.
- Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
