We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our Montrose site, delivering engineering excellence and leading the technical services provision across a high-profile client contract.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver professional engineering services across reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring excellence and compliance at all times.
- Lead, manage and develop the site technical team, fostering a positive and high-performing working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
- Oversee contractor and supplier performance, ensuring cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, including energy-saving initiatives and operational enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience within a technical or engineering environment, with strong knowledge of Health & Safety (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable).
- Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery within a client-facing role.
