We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our Montrose site, delivering engineering excellence and leading the technical services provision across a high-profile client contract Role Responsibilities Deliver professional engineering services across reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring excellence and compliance at all times Lead, manage and develop the site technical team, fostering a positive and high-performing working environment Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs Oversee contractor and supplier performance, ensuring cost-effective and efficient service delivery Drive continuous improvement, including energy-saving initiatives and operational enhancements Required Qualifications Proven experience within a technical or engineering environment, with strong knowledge of Health & Safety (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable) Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP or similar Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery within a client-facing role What we're looking for A proactive and approachable team player who can work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload Commercial awareness with the ability to minimise operational and financial risk Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence What's in it for you?
