We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Plumber to join our growing engineering team, working across a diverse range of sites where no two days are the same and there is real opportunity to develop and utilise your skillset.
Role Responsibilities:
- Undertake inspection, maintenance and repair across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
- Carry out pipework inspections, adaptations and repairs for associated equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs.
- Deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services in line with SFG20 requirements and relevant Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP).
- Provide an excellent level of service to the client by answering queries, reporting defects and keeping stakeholders informed of site activities.
- Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports and records of remedial works, in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
- City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant plumbing discipline, or NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent technical diploma.
- Experience working within a Facilities Maintenance environment.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of Zip Taps or similar associated equipment.
