We are looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
As part of your role you will deliver the highest level of service for the client, answer queries, report any defects, and keep them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. You will also be required to complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
You must hold a valid full driving licence and be IT‑literate. You should have the capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, work at heights and in confined spaces, and a willingness to participate in the On‑Call Rota. You must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to use a mobile device.
We prefer a candidate with experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment and relevant qualifications such as C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working is also required.
