We\’re looking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer who will be upgrading and installing systems and carrying out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites
  • Carry out installations, upgrades and minor works to meet safety standards
  • Maintain compliance records and communicate effectively with clients
  • What we\’re looking for:

  • A background in facilities management or mobile maintenance
  • Experience of project work with a region
  • Level 2 and 3 City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition
  • Electrical Inspection & Testing to City & Guilds
  • Experience using a range of maintenance equipment and basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential. HV AP qualification desirable, but training will be provided to obtain this.

  • The role covers Scotland on an On Call basis, the ideal candidate location would be Glasgow centered, although anywhere within The Central Belt could be an option.

  • Additional experience in the following would also be advantageous: AxScada alarm wiring, alarm testing, ACB\’s, UPS\’s, Standby Generators

  • In your new role as an Electrical Engineer you will undertake routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required. Be part of a call-out rota after initial period (1 week in every 5) and ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system. You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.
