We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Derbyshire Police, Police HQ, Butterley Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire, England, DE5 3RS
Essential: Need full police vetting which we provide
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
- Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
- Address issues professionally and upscale to line manager when necessary.
