We're looking for a Workplace Coordinator to act as the main point of contact for facilities services, delivering an excellent customer experience and building strong relationships with building users on our Network Rail contract.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer-facing representative, coordinating facilities services into one seamless experience
- Maintain a visible presence across the workplace, ensuring shared areas remain clean, tidy and well-presented
- Log and manage facilities requests via CAFM systems, ensuring issues are directed and resolved promptly
- Liaise regularly with floor leads and stakeholders to communicate updates, issues and ongoing works
- Support health and safety procedures, including playing an active role during fire emergencies
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a customer service or workplace or facilities environment (Hard FM environments would be an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office (Maximo is an ideal)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage conflict positively
- IOSH or similar health and safety qualification (desirable)
