Microsoft Engineer (Contract)

This is a home-based position which will require you to visit the main office near Milton Keynes (Olney) 1-2 days per week. Using industry experience and knowledge to provide detailed estimates for Client Projects, including cost estimates, work time estimates, and overall customer satisfaction. As an Estimating Engineer your main duties will include preparing cost budgets and cost estimates for new contract and ensuring consistency across all project estimating and pricing. Team collaboration will be a key aspect to being successful in this position working closely with the Tendering Manager and Design Team to help with development, innovation and creativity on client projects. Experience working within a fast moving dynamic engineering company Computer literate with experience of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook & Estimation software (Simpro) advantageous. Valid Driving License Experience in building cost estimates from 33kv – 132kv. Knowledge of BOP works associated with Battery Storage Projects (advantageous but not essential)
