Responsibilities:

  • Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
  • Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problems
  • Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring safety procedures are followed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintaining building systems across mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance standards
  • Willingness to be on-call for emergency responses approximately once every four weeks
