We are looking for an experienced Multi skilled engineer with a plumbing bias to work with a range of Mitie clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including Pipework inspections, adaptions, and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high levels of service for clients, answering queries, reporting defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, and keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Have knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working, have good verbal and written communication, and be physically able to carry out the duties described in the job description.
Qualifications
- Background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar preferred.
- Experience or willingness to achieve C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (not essential).
