Job Overview:
We\βre looking for a proactive and approachable Workplace Assistant to join our Newcastle office on a part-time basis. This role is a key part of the local operational team, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly and provides a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for all EY employees and visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering a high level of customer service to all parties within the building and supporting with queries.
- Being first point of contact for workplace services.
- Supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Liaise with service providers and external contractors.
- Supporting new joiners, managing supplies and ensuring the office is always βset to go\β.
- Help maintain high standards across facilities, meeting rooms, health & safety and environmental initiatives.
- Working closely with the Workplace Coordinator and other teams to resolve issues quickly, communicate effectively with staff and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure maintenance reporting is updated and support in fire safety and business continuity.
