Main Duties
- Business Partnering and Insight
- Act as the key finance contact for both internal and external stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships.
- Provide insightful financial and analytical reporting to understand business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Challenge and support operational teams to drive revenue growth, margin enhancement, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making through financial insight and commercial analysis.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
- Financial Governance and Performance Reporting
- Own the accurate and timely delivery of P&L, balance sheet, and working capital reporting.
- Produce monthly management accounts, including clear variance analysis and commentary on key performance drivers.
- Ensure all client reporting requirements are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information, with a strong focus on control and governance.
