We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to support the industry team in delivering high quality products with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing electrical and mechanical assistance across industry production assets.
  • Supporting the FM team as and when required.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly and safely to reduce downtime.
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvement tasks.
  • Assisting the team in developing a robust maintenance model for the site.
  • Collaborating with production and engineering teams to maintain high standards of performance and safety.

Requirements

  • You’ll need to have a recognized Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent level Qualification.
  • Minimum level 3 NVQ in Engineering.
  • A pro-active approach to preventative maintenance and a logical approach to fault finding.
  • Health & Safety must be at the forefront of everything you do.
  • A self-motivated, good communicator with a positive mindset.
  • Confident to work alone as well as part of a team.

Advantageous if you have

  • Experience working in production maintenance.
  • Knowledge or experience of RCM and FMEA methods.
  • Advanced Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis experience.
  • PLC familiarity.
