Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
- Meet all agreed SLAs.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area.
- Understand when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and under own initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
