Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
  • Meet all agreed SLAs.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area.
  • Understand when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
  • Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
  • Work within a team and under own initiative.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English.
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
