We’re looking for a Project Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) to take ownership of a varied portfolio of M&E projects on a high-profile defence site, delivering them safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

You’ll play a key role in managing full project lifecycles, working closely with stakeholders, specialist supply chain partners and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope with key stakeholders and deliver Mechanical & Electrical projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including specialist designers and contractors.
  • Manage risk, change control and project dependencies, resolving issues across multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain full compliance with CDM regulations, contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project performance, financial controls and forecasts, working closely with the Commercial team.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Knowledge and experience of NEC contracts and relevant construction legislation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC).

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an M&E construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to delivery.
  • Confident leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and P&L understanding.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with Microsoft Project experience preferred.
