We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards with the deep cleaning team, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. This is a mobile role across London, therefore the applicant must feel comfortable driving around London to and from work. A company vehicle will be issued.
Contract: Fixed-term contract with the ability to be made permanent based on great performance
Type: Fixed-term to permanent
Hours: 36 hours
Pay: £16.50

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead effectively the deep cleaning team
- Ability to conduct floor walks and follow up in a timely manner with the team before shifts end
- Support the Operations Manager on the London Fire Brigade contract
- Order stock supplies
- Ensure deep cleaning tasks are executed to a great standard
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
