Are you looking to grow your horticultural career and have a head for heights? Come and join the Biotecture team. Biotecture are the UK's leading specialist in living walls and vertical landscapes. We are looking for supervisors to lead a small team (typically teams of 2) maintaining green walls across London and further afield. This role will require travel across the UK including overnight stays approximately once a month during the growing season. Not worked on living walls before? This role would suit someone with a horticultural maintenance background including hedge trimming or tree surgery. We can offer you a varied workday and real career progression. Full training will be provided, but horticultural maintenance experience and supervisory experience is desirable.
THE ROLE:
- Lead a small team (typically a team of 2) carrying out regular maintenance of our living walls including horticultural and irrigation maintenance.
- Assisting with Christmas tree installations October – December.
- Provide reporting in line with Biotecture's processes.
- Monday – Friday with occasional weekend or evening work available (overtime rate).

- Horticultural maintenance background.
- Good plant knowledge.
- Supervisory experience.
- Comfortable working at height.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems.
- UK Driving license.
- PA1 & PA6.
- Ideally hold IPAF and PASMA.
