We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.
Role Responsibilities:
- Undertake inspection, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical building services installations.
- Carry out maintenance and remedial works on plumbing systems, pumps, expansion vessels, hot water systems, drainage, sanitaryware, HVAC plant, and associated services.
- You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Support the wider engineering team in maintaining safe, compliant, and operational environments, diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
- Accurately complete all work documentation and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and site teams while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building services, including plumbing systems, HVAC, pumps, and water hygiene controls.
