We're looking for a commercially driven manager to support the delivery of a high-profile TfL soft services contract. This is a key role where you'll ensure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards in a fast-paced operational environment.

The Role

  • As Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial performance of the contract, helping to ensure cleaning services are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual expectations.
  • You'll work closely with TfL stakeholders and internal teams to drive performance, manage risk and protect value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial performance of the TfL soft services contract
  • Build strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulations and safety standards
  • Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
  • Monitor delivery against budgets, timelines and quality expectations
  • Support the development and performance of the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a commercial or contract management role within FM or a complex operational environment
  • Strong understanding of contracts, compliance and risk management
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver to client expectations
  • Experience within cleaning or soft services is beneficial

Added Bonus (Not Essential)

  • We'd be particularly interested in candidates who also bring experience in:

  • Quantity Surveying (QS)
  • Financial or cost management
  • Legal or contractual roles within construction or FM

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (FM, Construction, Commercial, or similar)
