Hours: 40 per week (8-5, M-F) Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Join a leading national team delivering cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS) solutions across the UK. In this role, you'll take ownership of full project lifecycles — from initial design and mobilisation through to commissioning and client handover. Working with industry-leading platforms such as Trend, Tridium (Niagara), and Distech, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, tailored solutions to a diverse client base.

You'll be part of a dynamic National BMS Projects & Operations Team, collaborating with over 50 engineers, managers, and support staff nationwide. As a BMS Project & Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of BMS projects from start to finish, ensuring systems are designed, integrated, and commissioned to the highest standards.

  • Deliver end-to-end BMS projects, from site mobilisation through to final commissioning and handover
  • Conduct site surveys and assess system requirements
  • Integrate systems using open protocols such as Modbus, M-Bus, and BACnet
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client expectations

Protocol Integration Expertise – Proven ability to integrate systems using Modbus, M-Bus, BACnet, and other open protocols

Strong IT & Networking Knowledge – Solid understanding of IP configuration and network infrastructure

Design & Commissioning Experience – Skilled in developing control strategies, schematics, and commissioning complete BMS solutions
