We're looking for a commercially driven manager to support the delivery of a high-profile TfL soft services contract. This is a key role where you'll ensure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards in a fast-paced operational environment.

The Role

As Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial performance of the contract, helping to ensure cleaning services are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual expectations. You'll work closely with TfL stakeholders and internal teams to drive performance, manage risk and protect value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial performance of the TfL soft services contract
  • Build strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulations and safety standards
  • Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
  • Monitor delivery against budgets, timelines and quality expectations
  • Support the development and performance of the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a commercial or contract management role within FM or a complex operational environment
  • Strong understanding of contracts, compliance and risk management
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver to client expectations
  • Experience within cleaning or soft services is beneficial
