This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful security company who specialise in Security / Access Control Systems to some of the UK\’s largest Utility companies across the UK, to join as an ambitious Lead Commission Engineer and help to develop the business during an exciting phase of growth

This is a field based, UK wide role, so it is imperative that you are happy to travel /work away from home.

Essential Competencies:

  • 17th / 18th Edition Certification
  • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card
  • National Grid Person – Substation
  • National Grid Competent Person – Substation
  • EUSR Safety Health and Environmental Awareness – Gas
  • Safe Control of Operations 1 & 2 (SCO 1 & 2) – Gas
  • Safe Control of Operations 91 (SCO 91) – Gas
  • Emergency First Aid at Work – (EFAW)
  • Must have good communication skills in both verbal and the use of written English language.
  • Must be computer literate in basic IT skills.
  • Must have good observational skills especially for Health, Safety and Quality issues.
  • Must be able to recognise, manage and shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Must be focused on all safety, environmental and quality issues on the construction site.
  • Must be able to interface professionally with all levels of personnel.
  • Must be focused on achieving the desired aims and objectives in a safe manner.
  • Must be professional in approach and manner at all times.
