Mitie are currently looking to recruit a Security Operations Manager to oversee the branch and business plan ensuring the division are delivering to agreed objectives/targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the day to day operational running of the branch through effective management of staff and customers.
- Work closely with the Regional Management Team to provide excellent customer service, employee satisfaction and ensure all business-related tasks are completed in a timely fashion, contributing to regional operational growth plans.
- Ensure employee welfare checks are completed.
- Assist in completing monthly branch-based business report.
- Recruit, motivate and train all employees operating out of the branch, ensuring correct manning and optimal resource profiles.
- Manage customer requirements through provision of visit reports where required.
- Conduct and monitor staff appraisals of direct reports; set clear objectives, support and develop all direct reports and ensure appropriate succession plans are in place.
- Build, maintain and manage positive relationships.
- Act as Duty Manager for the manned guarding business in branch on a rota basis with other Operational Managers.
Qualifications
- Full driving licence
- Front line SIA licence
- At least 2 years security industry experience
- Financially aware
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in problem solving
