We're looking for a Mobile Telecoms Programme Manager to support telecoms clients, managing day-to-day activities, client relationships and works programmes in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and timely responses to all enquiries
- Support Operations teams in managing contracts in line with client specifications and company standards, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Prepare quotations, set up tasks and coordinate access requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently manage jobs, including site visits, laboratories and reporting
- Monitor workload, support resource planning, attend client meetings and ensure KPIs are achieved
What we're looking for:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a self-driven approach and a focus on achieving results
- Proven experience of managing customer expectations and building strong working relationships
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workloads
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of asbestos and/or telecoms is desirable, but not essential for a fast learner
