We're looking for an HR Systems and Data Administrator to support the effective management of HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high‑quality service delivery across the business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with internal policies
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including starters, leavers and contractual updates, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support HR teams and stakeholders with system queries, reporting and data requests
  • Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, supporting analysis and decision‑making
  • Carry out data quality checks, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Support system updates, testing and process improvements as required
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and information security requirements
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures and system changes

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an HR systems administrator or data‑focused role (not HR advisory)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records
  • Previous/Current Use of SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of the back end of HR system databases
  • Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Well‑organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
