We're looking for a Soft Services Administrator who will lead the day-to-day delivery of soft services on the HSE Buxton contract, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance while supporting key functions including Reception, Stores, and Helpdesk. Role Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily activities across Reception, Helpdesk, and Stores to meet contractual KPI standards * Produce and manage rotas to ensure full shift coverage in line with contract requirements * Monitor and control expenditure while identifying opportunities to maximise income and improve financial performance * Lead, support and develop team members through training, appraisals, and performance management * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety, including risk assessments and safe working practices What We're Looking For * Previous experience in an administrative or helpdesk role * Proven supervisory or leadership experience * Good understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively * IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Full UK driving licence due to site location * Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and deliver service improvements What's in it for you? * Competitive salary dependent on experience * Opportunities for professional development and career progression * A supportive team environment where your contributions are recognised #J-18808-Ljbffr
