About the Role
Head of Growth & Digital Demand – Shape the future of digital growth at Mitie. This high‑impact leadership opportunity sits within Mitie’s award‑winning Group Marketing function and sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Digital and Data. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, shaping decisions at the executive level while ensuring marketing activity directly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.

- Building and developing a high‑performing Growth & Digital Demand team
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and activating a Group‑wide digital demand strategy, translating business objectives into clear plans, KPIs and priorities
- Leading integrated, multi‑channel demand generation programmes across paid media, SEO, ABM, email, social, events and website‑led journeys
- Owning and optimising the performance of Mitie.com, driving lead generation, conversion improvements and effective B2B buyer journeys
- Partnering closely with Sales leadership to align marketing activity to pipeline opportunities, improve lead quality and increase MQL‑to‑SQL conversion
- Managing the end‑to‑end marketing funnel, from first engagement through to opportunity, ensuring efficiency and performance throughout
- Developing and evolving attribution models and performance reporting, providing clear insight into marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Owning and governing the marketing automation and MarTech ecosystem (including HubSpot and Salesforce), ensuring strong data quality, integration and compliance
- Managing budgets for digital demand activity, using data‑led insight to optimise ROI
- Acting as a senior marketing voice across the business, offering thought leadership on digital growth, buyer behaviour and best practice
About You
- Significant experience in senior B2B marketing roles, with a strong focus on digital demand generation
- A proven track record of delivering measurable growth, improving lead quality, conversion and pipeline performance
- Deep expertise in marketing automation, funnel management and attribution (e.g. HubSpot or similar platforms)
- Strong experience optimising website‑led demand and digital buyer journeys
- The confidence to work with and influence senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors and executive leaders
- A commercial, data‑driven mindset, using insight to inform decisions and maximise ROI
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and credibly at a senior level
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver at pace in a complex environment
- A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for developing teams and building cross‑functional partnerships
- Experience leading major website transformation or digital growth programmes would be an advantage
