Hours: 42 hours per week (Saturday to Wednesday from 20:45pm until 05:45am)
Key Responsibilities
- Use the Merlin system to log tasks and record completed work
- Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning areas and work schedules
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Work effectively as part of a team, while also using your own initiative
- Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve standards
- You will use the Merlin system (via a provided mobile device) to log tasks, complete checks, and record cleaning activities. Full training will be provided.

- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous technical cleaning experience is desirable.
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional in your approach
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined
- Flexible and willing to undertake all required training
