Mitie Landscapes is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will deliver grounds maintenance and winter services for our clients\' sites.

Main duties include grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, litter picking, and using horticultural machinery. During winter, responsibilities include gritting, snow clearing, and installing Christmas trees. You will report hazards, operate vehicles and machinery safely, and undertake training as needed.

Applicants should enjoy outdoor work and be adaptable to flexible environments. Knowledge of smartphone technology is beneficial. Grounds maintenance experience and a PAI & PA6 spraying license are desirable but not essential. A full driving license is preferred for vehicle use. You will report to the Contracts Manager.
