The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To work efficiently within agreed timescales, managing workload in conjunction with office-based staff. Deliver a good quality comprehensive fire risk assessment suitable for client needs.

Conducting site-based inspections within a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial and residential within a specified timescale. Carrying out FRA's using an app either on a tablet or phone.

Regular communication with the back-office team to co-ordinate assessment data through to report completion. The role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK staying away from home as and when required.

You will need to have as a minimum a NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or other recognised fire qualification. It will be necessary to provide evidence in respect to experience, knowledge and qualifications in undertaking fire risk assessments. A qualification in Health and Safety would be an advantage.

You should have a proven track record in producing high quality detailed FRA reports. A full driving license is essential for this role. Able to work without direct supervision. Able to conduct surveys throughout client sites.
