We're looking for a Fire Risk Assessor who will carry out high‑quality fire risk assessments on behalf of our clients across a wide variety of sites, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and delivering excellent service standards.
- Carry out suitable and comprehensive fire risk assessments in accordance with relevant legislation and client requirements.
- Conduct site‑based inspections across industrial, commercial and residential premises within agreed timescales.
- Complete fire risk assessments using a digital app on a tablet or mobile phone.
- Communicate regularly with the back‑office team to support report completion and data coordination.
- Act as a professional representative of Mitie while on client sites, including travelling across the UK and staying away from home when required.
NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or another recognised fire safety qualification, with evidence of experience and competence in undertaking fire risk assessments. Proven track record of producing high‑quality, detailed fire risk assessment reports. Full UK driving licence is essential.
