Job Details: Location: Sellafield, Seascale, Cumbria, CA20 1PG Contract: Permanent, Full time, 40hrs/week Are you looking for a new challenge as a QHSE Advisor? Join our vibrant team at Mitie and help ensure that Mitie operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. As a QHSE Advisor, your responsibilities will include implementing the integrated business management system, identifying and minimising the risk of accidents, working with the QHSE team to develop key business improvements, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and codes of practice applicable to the company\’s business, and ensuring operational managers and personnel have the appropriate technical competence to work safely. To be successful in this role, you must have an excellent understanding of Facilities Management, hold a NEBOSH Certificate, an Environmental waste management qualification, and possess detailed knowledge of risk assessment and auditing (ISO 45001). A career background in nuclear, pharmaceutical or chemical or regulated industries would be advantageous.
