We're looking for an individual who will act as finance support to the Site Lead and Commercial Supports, assisting with finance‑related activities including purchase order raising, WIP reporting and accurate quoting.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as finance support to the Site Lead and Commercial Supports, assisting with finance‑related activities such as purchase order raising, WIP reporting and accurate quoting.
- Create quotes, purchase orders and manual payments in a timely manner, complying with company and customer timeframes and ensuring they are goods‑receipted promptly.
- Raise ad‑hoc purchase orders for all subcontractors and ensure they are goods‑receipted in a timely manner.
- Update the quotes tracker and upload quotes to the client approval system in a timely manner.
- Maintain the client approval system when works are approved and completed.
- Review and update weekly Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
- Assist the site finance team with monthly or weekly governance reports and ad‑hoc information as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous finance knowledge.
- Proven communication skills.
- IT literate, including MS Excel, SAP and Teams.
