We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Contract: Full time
Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours. 06:00 - 14:30. Monday - Friday.
Pay: £26,299.68
Location: GlaxoSmithKline, Priory Street, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 0DJ
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensuring external cleaning standards are maintained on a daily basis. Tasks include, but not limited to, sweeping, cobwebbing, waste removal, road sweeping, litter picking.
- Ensuring plant room cleaning is completed and standards are met upon request.
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Valid UK driving license.
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.
