We are looking for a Service Support Manager to build relationships and rapport with contract clients, complete audit inspections and review performance of delivery against the Service Level Agreement and Cleaning Specification. You will manage and implement employee wages daily, alongside delivering adequate Health & Safety compliance, following the clients' statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with contract clients.
  • Conduct audit inspections and review service delivery performance against SLA and Cleaning Specification.
  • Manage employee wage implementation daily.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including statutory Fire and Safety regulations.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery to multiple client contracts within a defined geographical area, following company HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, and Contract Compliance policies.
  • Liaise with clients effectively, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Adapt workload flexibly to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Full UK clean driver’s licence.
  • Previous management experience in soft services/cleaning within facilities management.
  • Excellent management skills with strong organisation and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal English).
  • IT literacy in Microsoft packages, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Health and Safety IOSH qualification desirable.
