This role exists to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of technically demanding projects. It is vital to maintaining JCA's reputation for excellence in environments where downtime is not an option.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of on-site project delivery, including managing labour, materials, logistics, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards while maintaining progress against programme timelines.
- Coordinate stakeholders, report, and lead teams in live, high-spec environments such as data centres and healthcare facilities, where precision and performance are critical.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Mechanical bias
- CITB SSSTS certificate (or an approved equivalent)
- IOSH Supervising Safely and a valid CSCS card relevant to the role (Black card desirable)
- First Aid at Work certification
- Full UK driving licence and proven experience managing similar high-spec, live-site projects
