We're looking for an experienced and passionate Energy Manager to join our established team, delivering energy and carbon reduction strategies across a diverse customer portfolio.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement energy strategies across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics.
- Deliver energy savings through Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and optimised building performance initiatives.
- Conduct energy audits and produce detailed reports identifying opportunities to reduce energy, water consumption and cost.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of energy-saving initiatives.
- Analyse utility and operational data (e.g. BMS, metering) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in energy management, sustainability or a similar technical role.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems, ideally worked as a BMS Engineer in a prior role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret energy and operational data.
- Experience delivering energy efficiency projects and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hold Engineering Qualification (such as Bachelor's Degree, City & Guilds etc).
- Hold or working towards Chartered Status.
- Full UK Driving License holder.
