We’re looking for an Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a high‑profile defence site at BAE Systems, Filton. This is a site‑based supervisory role, responsible for overseeing hard services delivery across multiple buildings, managing engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly, and to agreed standards. You’ll play a key role in client engagement, performance management, and maintaining operational excellence in a demanding, security‑critical environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise hard services maintenance delivery across multiple buildings, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standards
  • Manage and prioritise workloads for on‑site engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities are completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements
  • Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS, site rules, and Mitie Health & Safety policies
  • Act as a key point of contact for the client, providing updates and supporting day‑to‑day operational discussions
  • Monitor operational performance, including job completion, standards, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in hard services maintenance (electrical or mechanical)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Local Security Clearance
  • LV Authorised Person
