Shift: 40 hours per week - Mix of days and nights (1 Weekend per month requirement)

We're looking for an Air Hygiene Supervisor to support the delivery of air hygiene services across our sites, supervising operatives while also carrying out technical works to the highest safety, quality and compliance standards.
Role Responsibilities- Supervise and support operatives on site, ensuring safe working practices in line with RAMS
- Deliver air hygiene services including kitchen extract and ventilation system cleaning in line with TR19 standards
- Install access doors to ventilation systems in accordance with DW144
- Inspect fire dampers in line with BS9999 requirements
- Carry out scheduled inspections and follow preventative maintenance programmes
- Maintain accurate records, including completing pre‑work risk assessments before each job
- Ensure all work is delivered as scheduled, following approved method statements
- Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts, explaining works undertaken prior to leaving site
- Maintain personal equipment, chemical stock levels and safety documentation
- Escalate issues, recommend major repairs and identify equipment requirements where appropriate
- Understanding of TR19, BS9999 and DW144 standards
- Experience in fire damper testing and ventilation system cleaning processes
- Supervising operatives, with coaching and mentoring skills (ideal but not essential)
- Compliance with Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management policies
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience working within air hygiene, ventilation or specialist cleaning services
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Professional communicator, confident working directly with clients
