As an Electrical Maintenance Operative, you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services at our client, a modern custodial facility focused on rehabilitation, safety, and positive outcomes.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance in line with BS 7671 and site standards.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, SHE, and statutory regulations at all times.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately, updating systems and records as required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and management to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification or Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience providing electrical maintenance services in a large, complex environment.
- Practical knowledge of building services systems including power distribution, fire, security, HVAC, and public health.
